机械通气重症患者实施以浅镇静为目标导向性的程序化镇静镇痛的效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨机械通气重症患者实施以浅镇静为目标导向性的程序化镇静镇痛的临床效果。方法:选取重症医学科2018年1月~2019年8月收治的机械通气患者88例为研究对象,按随机双盲法分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组行常规药物镇静镇痛,观察组实施以浅镇静为目标导向性的程序化镇静镇痛。比较两组镇静药物使用剂量、机械通气时间、ICU入住时间及通气期间不良事件发生率。结果:观察组丙泊酚、右美托咪啶给药剂量低于对照组,机械通气、ICU入住时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组通气期间不良事件发生率9.09%.低于对照组的31.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以浅镇静为目标导向性的程序化镇静镇痛能够减少重症监护患者镇静药物使用剂量,缩短通气时间,使患者尽快恢复自主呼吸。
