瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的麻醉效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨行腹腔镜胆囊切除术时选用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉方案的效果及安全性。方法:选取2017年4月~2018年4月接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的92例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。观察组选用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注麻醉,对照组选用芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉方案,观察两组麻醉效果及安全性。结果:观察组麻醉10 min、术后即刻的心率和平均动脉压变化幅度均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后意识恢复、清醒时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率和视觉模拟疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术中选用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉方案,可获得更好的麻醉效果及安全性。
