摘要
人工智能技术正制造出苹果Siri、微软小冰、智能音箱、波士顿动力机器狗等形态各异的社会性互动智能体参与到人类传播中来,它们所具备的语音交互、社会嵌入性和可控制性等技术与社会特性改写了传播的人类中心主义模式,技术物在其间不再是一种渠道或“人的延伸”,而是作为一个独立的传播者的角色,与人类共在。本文在人机传播视域下,以作为AIoT时代语音“入口”的家庭智能音箱为例,探讨机器是如何成为传播主体的,机器主体与人类主体的区别在何处,以及对家庭空间、关系和日常生活经验进行了怎样的重组,以推动我们更好地理解迎面而来的人工智能时代。
Artificial intelligence technology is creating different forms of social interaction agents such as Apple Siri,Microsoft Xiaoice,smart speakers,and Boston Dynamics robot dogs to participate in human communication.They have voice interaction,social embeddedness and programmability.and these technical and social characteristics have rewritten the anthropocentrism model of communication.Technology is no longer a channel or“extensions of Human body”in it,but as an independent communicator,coexisting with humans.From the perspective of human-machine communication,this article takes the home smart speaker as the voice“entrance”of the AIoT era to discuss how the machine becomes the communication subject,what is the difference between the machine subject and the human subject,and how smart speakers have reorganized living space,relationships and experience of daily life,to promote a better understanding of the oncoming era of artificial intelligence.
