三价铁负载的活性炭吸附材料除磷性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以三氯化铁和活性炭为原料,通过浸渍法制备吸附材料ACFe,对其形貌特征进行表征,分别研究了铁负载量、吸附材料使用量、水体pH值对其吸附除磷性能的影响。结果表明,吸附材料中的铁主要以非晶形针状羟基氧化铁形态存在。在总磷浓度为0.5mg/L的模拟含磷水中,使用2g/L的ACFe-2材料,磷的吸附率可以达到95.3%。当pH值为3~6时吸附材料对磷的吸附率保持在75%以上;对于pH值为6~9的自然水体,可适当增加吸附材料的使用量以增强吸附效果。常温下ACFe吸附材料对水中磷的吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型,当pH值为8时,其对总磷的饱和吸附量为0.95mg/g。三价铁改性提高了活性炭吸附磷的能力,具有良好的应用前景。 An adsorption material ACFe was developed by impregnation method using ferric chloride and activated carbon.This study characterized its morphology,and explored the effects of iron loading,amount of adsorbent and pH value of water on its phosphorus removal performance.Results show that iron in this adsorption material mainly exists in the form of amorphous acicular hydroxy iron oxide.In the mimicked phosphorus containing water with 0.5mg/L total phosphorus concentration,the phosphorus adsorption rate of 2g/L ACFe-2 material reached up to 95.3%.When the pH value is 3~6,the adsorption rate of phosphorus maintains above 75%;for natural water with pH value of 6~9,the amount of adsorption material can be increased accordingly to enhance the adsorption effect.Results showed that the adsorption of phosphorus by ACFe agreed with the Langmuir adsorption model at room temperature.When the pH value was 8,the saturated adsorption capacity of ACFe for total phosphorus was 0.95mg/g.Ferric iron modification improves the adsorption capacity of activated carbon for phosphorus,and this material has a good application prospect.
