An Analysis on Solid Waste Minimisation Technology in Automobile Manu facturing

通过分析汽车整车制造厂生产全过程的固体废物产生种类及数量占比,识别出整车厂可实施固体废物减量化的工艺过程:冲压、车身涂胶、涂装和发动机制造。阐述了这些工艺过程相关中的固体废物减量化技术,包括润滑油和乳化液在线净化技术、新型固态密封胶、紧凑型前处理工艺、各类免中涂工艺和新式涂料、高效喷涂设备、干式过喷漆雾处理系统等,并分析其固体废物减量化效果和在汽车整车厂的应用前景。

Based on an analysis of the types and quantities of solid wastes generated in the whole production process of automobile manufacturing,the processes of stamping,welding,coating and engine manufacturing were identified as its important reduction opportunities.The solid waste minimisation technologies related to the above four manufacturing processes were introduced,including online tech no logies for clarification of lubricati ng oil and emulsi on,new solid sealant,compact pre-treatment technology,various mid-coat free processes and new coatings,high-efficiency spraying equipment,dry spray mist treatment system,etc.Their solid waste minimisation effect and application prospect in automobile plants were analysed,too.
