摘要
"心风"首载于《黄帝内经》,后世医家亦多有发挥。本文从"心风"角度探析慢性心力衰竭的病因病机,并总结治疗慢性心力衰竭的常用药对,分别是黄连与莲子心、黄芪与灯盏细辛、夏枯草与天麻、珍珠母与煅磁石、丹参与赤芍、益母草与泽兰。
Heart-wind theory was first seen in Inner Canon of Huangdi,and later generations of doctors further elaborated on this theory,too.This author discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic heart failure from the perspective of"heart-wind",and summarizes the commonly used Chinese herbs in pairs for this disease,which are Coptis chinensis and Lotus Seed Heart,Astragalus membranaceus and Erigeron breviscapus,Prunella vulgaris and Gastrodia elat,Pearl Mother and Calcified Magnetite,Danshen Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Leonurus and Zelan.
