中医体质分型与婴儿早期湿疹的相关性分析

Study on Relationship between TCM Constitution Type and Infantile Eczema

目的观察健康足月新生儿中医体质类型的分布规律,分析新生儿中医体质类型与婴儿湿疹发病的相关性。方法在出生后24~72 h内,对健康足月新生儿进行中医体质辨识,并在生后42 d进行随访,分析比较湿疹患儿和无湿疹婴儿的中医体质类型差异。结果190例新生儿中,平和质131例,湿疹发病率68.95%;阳盛质45例,湿疹发病率77.78%;阴盛质14例,湿疹发病率92.86%。偏颇体质的湿疹发病率高于平和质,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论婴儿湿疹的发病与其体质类型的偏颇存在一定的相关性。

Objective:To investigate the TCM constitution type of healthy neonates and analyze the correlation between TCM constitution type and Infantile eczema.Methods:From 24 hours to 72 hours after birth,TCM constitution type of healthy full-term newborns were indentified and followed up 42 days after birth,The differences of TCM constitution types between infants with eczema and without eczema were analyzed and compared.Results:Among the 190 neonates,the incidence of eczema in Gentleness type(131 cases),Yang-excessiveness type(45 cases),Yin excessiveness type(14 cases)was 68.95%,77.78%,92.86%,respectively.Eczema risk of biased constitution type was higher than gentleness type,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM constitution type is relevant to infantile eczema to some extent.
