针刀松解扳机点治疗椎孔外颈神经卡压综合征临床观察

Treatment of Extraforaminal Nerve Entrapment Syndrome with Acupotomy Releasing Trigger Point

目的观察颈椎定点旋转体位下针刀治疗椎孔外颈神经卡压综合征的临床疗效。方法60例患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组采用针刀松解定点旋转体位下扳机点处压痛点;对照组采用常规针刺治疗,治疗结束后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后第5天、第10天两组患者症状体征、疼痛评分及临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颈椎定点旋转体位下针刀松解扳机点周围的压痛点,治疗椎孔外颈神经卡压综合征具有针刀刺入浅、操作简便,风险小且疗效显著的优势。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of needle knife in the treatment of extra&vertebral foramen cervical nerve compression syndrome in cervical spine fixed-point rotation position.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with needle knife,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:On the 5 th and 10 th days after treatment,the symptoms and signs,pain score and clinical efficacy of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle knife treatment has the advantages of shallow penetration,simple operation,low risk and significant curative effect.
