摘要
通过对当前辽宁省地方高校科技成果转化现状进行考察并进行实证分析,选取2003—2017年主要涉及地方高校科技成果转化的相关指标进行因子分析,结果显示当前辽宁地方高校科技成果转化能力较弱,主要体现在科技经费投入不足、科技服务不到位等方面,鉴于此,提出下一步推进地方高校科技成果转化关键在于完善政策体系、增强市场导向、搭建专业平台、优化激励机制的路径选择。
The factor analysis was conducted to the relevant indicators of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in local universities mainly involved in from 2003 to 2017 by examining the present condition of such transformation in Liaoning Province and carrying on the empirical analysis.The results show that the current transformation ability is poorer,mainly reflected in the insufficient fund input and service of science and technology.Thereby,it suggests that the key to promote transformation on scientific and technological achievements of local universities in the next step is to improve the policy system,strengthen the market orientation,set up professional platform,and optimize the incentive mechanism.
