摘要 贵州黔东南位于云贵高原东南边缘向湘桂丘陵盆地的过渡地带,这里主要聚集着苗族侗族传统村落。居住在黔东南的苗族侗族人民由于长期适应了自然环境和社会环境等因素,他们在长期的生产生活实践中逐渐形成了自身的饮食文化特色。黔东南素有“中国百节之乡”之称,在这里节日众多,而很多节日里,具有特色的食物之一就是糯食。糯禾已经深深地融入到了黔东南苗侗人民的生活中,它具有生育期长、耐冷、耐贫瘠、高秆、抗病虫害,且熟食糯而不腻等特点。香禾糯在苗侗民俗文化中有着举足轻重的作用和深远的象征意义。 Qiandongnan prefecture is located in the transition zone from the southeastern edge of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau to the Hunan-Guizhou Hilly Basin,where the traditional villages of Miao and Dong ethnic minorities mainly live.The Miao and Dong people in Qiandongnan have gradually formed their own dietary cultural characteristics in their long-term production and social life practice due to long-term adaptation to natural and social environment.Qiandongnan is titled as the"Home of Hundreds of China's Festivals".There are many festivals here,and one of the featured foods in many festivals is sticky food-Kam sweet rice.Kam sweet rice plays an important role in the cultures of Miao and Dong groups.The reason why it is so important is that it is easy to to be cultivated in the special mountainous area.It has the characteristics of long heading dates,cold tolerance,barren tolerance,high plants,disease and insect resistance,and cooked sticky food is not too greasy.Kam sweet rice plays an important role in Miao and Dong folk cultures and has far-reaching symbolic significance.
