摘要 社会发展水平的快慢与教育有着直接的影响,我国教育资源丰富,却存在发展不均衡的问题,东西部高校发展的差距,省属高校与地方高校发展的差距,有很大一部分因素是人才的问题。如何引进高质量人才,加强人才队伍管理,建设高素质团队,优化人才结构,是促进地方高校更好更快发展的关键。 The speed of social development has a direct impact on education.China is rich in educational resources,but there are problems of uneven development.The development gap between eastern and western China's universities and the development gap between provincial universities and local universities are largely due to the problem of talents.How to attract high-quality talents,strengthen the management of talent teams,build high-quality teams and optimize the talent structure are also the keys to promote the better and faster development of local colleges and universities.
