An Analysis of the Historical Experience of Ideological and Political Education in Beijing Colleges and Universities in the Early Days of the People's Republic of China

建国初期对于北京的高校思想政治课来说,是一个特殊时期。党和国家高度重视课程的落地扎根,制定了若干政策,逐步推进。北京高校也因应这种变化,不断探索思想政治课程的组织方式,由浅入深积极推进。教师队伍建设,也得到了高度重视,逐渐形成了一支可靠的力量。保障政治方向,不断进行创新,建设有力队伍,也成为了这一时期的鲜明特点。

The early days of the founding of new China were a special period for ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in Beijing.The Communist Party of China and the country attached great importance to the grounding of the curriculum,hence formulating a number of policies and promoted it gradually.In response to that change,Beijing colleges and universities explored the organization of ideological and political courses constantly,and actively promoted them from easy to hard level.The construction of the teaching staffs has also been highly valued and gradually formed a powerful team.Ensuring political direction,constantly innovating,and building strong teams have also become distinctive characteristics of that period.
