BEST培训法联合OSCE考核在机器人专科护士在职培训中的应用

Application of BEST training method combined with OSCE assessment in the on-the-job training of robotic specialist nurses

目的探讨BEST培训法联合OSCE考核在机器人专科护士在职培训中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年3月18名机器人专科轮训人员设为对照组,实施常规教学训练法;2019年4—9月20名机器人专科轮训人员设为观察组,采用BEST培训法联合OSCE考核。比较两组人员专科护理考试成绩、护理操作完成情况、手术协调及医师认可评分。结果实施BEST培训法联合OSCE考核后,观察组专科护理考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理操作完成情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术协调、医师认可评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对机器人专科护士采取BEST培训法联合OSCE考核,能有效提高其专科护理成绩,显著提升手术协调与护理操作完成度,并获得良好的医师认可,该模式值得推广并应用于临床。

Objective To explore the application effect of BEST training method combined with OSCE assessment in the on-the-job training of robotic specialist nurses.Methods To select 18 cases of robot specialist nurses in rotation training from October 2018 to March 2019,as a control group,and the routine teaching and training method was implemented in the control group.20 robot specialists nurses in rotation training from April to September 2019 were selected as an observation group,and the BEST training method combined with OSCE assessment was adopted in the observation group.The specialty nursing examination scores,completion of nursing operations,surgical coordination and physician's recognized scores of patients were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of BEST training method combined with OSCE assessment,the observation group's specialty nursing examination scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The completion of nursing operations in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The surgical coordination and physician's recognized scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the BEST training method combined with OSCE assessment for robotic specialist nurses can effectively improve their specialist nursing performance,significantly improve surgical coordination and completion of nursing operations,which was recognized by physicians very well.This model was worthy of promotion and clinical application.
