血流限制训练在膝关节微创手术早期康复中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨血流限制训练在膝关节微创手术早期康复中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月我院治疗的78例膝关节微创手术患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上进行血流限制训练。比较两组患者训练前后活动舒适度、膝关节Lysholms评分、标准伸膝肌力,记录并发症发生情况并评价综合康复效果。结果两组训练后活动舒适度、Lysholms评分、标准伸膝肌力均明显改善,且观察组训练后活动舒适度评分高于对照组,Lysholms评分、标准伸膝肌力显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组慢性疼痛、下肢瘀斑/肿胀发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组康复优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血流限制训练有助于提高膝关节微创手术早期肌力、关节功能以及活动度,能降低性慢性疼痛、下肢瘀斑/肿胀等并发症发生率。 Objective To explore the application effect of blood flow restricted training in early rehabilitation of minimally invasive knee joint surgery.Methods To select 78 cases of patients with minimally invasive knee joint surgery treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group was given regular rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given blood flow restricted training on the basis of the control group.The comfort,knee-joint Lysholms score,and standard muscle strength when extend knee-joint were compared between patients of the two groups before and after training exercise,and the occurrence of complications was recorded to evaluate the comprehensive rehabilitation effect.Results The comfort,Lysholms score,and standard muscle strength of the two groups were significantly improved after training.After training,the comfort score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the Lysholms score and standard muscle strength were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of chronic pain,ecchymosis of lower extremity/swelling in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The good rate of recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of blood flow restricted training can help improve the early muscle strength,joint function and range of motion during the minimally invasive knee joint surgery period,and can reduce the incidence of chronic pain,ecchymosis of lower extremity/swelling and other complications.
