摘要
目的探讨精神无痛分娩结合产程进食对产妇产程以及母婴结局的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月于我科分娩的100例产妇为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规产程进食干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施精神无痛分娩,比较两组产妇各产程时间和母婴结局。结果观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程以及总产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后24 h内总出血量少于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分、SAS评分、疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神无痛分娩结合产程进食,可缩短各产程,减轻分娩疼痛程度和焦虑,降低产后出血的风险,提高分娩质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of mental painless labor combined with taking food during birth process on stages of labor of parturients and maternal and infant outcome.Methods To select 100 cases of parturients who gave birth in our department from January 2018 to June 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine taking food during birth process,and the observation group was implemented mental painless labor combined with taking food during birth process on the basis of the control group.The labor time and maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The first stage of labor duration,the second stage of labor duration,the third stage of labor duration and total duration of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that of the control group within 24 hours after delivery,the neonatal Apgar,SAS and pain scores were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mental painless labor combined with taking food during birth process can shorten each stage of labor,reduce labor pain and anxiety,reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage,and improve quality of delivery.Therefore,it is worth promoting.
