十全大补汤联合正念减压疗法对中晚期肺癌患者癌因性疲乏的影响

Effect of Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with mindfulness decompression therapy on cancer-related fatigue in patients with advanced lung cancer

目的探讨十全大补汤联合正念减压疗法对中晚期肺癌患者癌因性疲乏的影响,为临床治疗方案提供支持。方法采取目的抽样法,选择2017年5月至2019年5月我院收治的中晚期肺癌患者78例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组辅助十全大补汤联合正念减压疗法,两组均持续治疗8周。比较两组中医证候积分、癌因性疲乏评分。结果干预后,观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组躯体感知疲乏、情感疲乏、认知疲乏、行为疲乏各维度评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论十全大补汤联合正念减压疗法可有效改善中晚期肺癌患者中医症状及癌因性疲乏度,提高疗效,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with mindfulness decompression therapy on cancer-related fatigue in patients with advanced lung cancer,and to provide support for clinical treatment programs.Methods We selected 78 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 as the study objects by using purpose sampling method.According to the random number table method,they were equally divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine care,The observation group was assisted by Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with mindfulness decompression therapy.After both groups received continued treatment for 8 weeks,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and cancer-related fatigue were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical fatigue,emotional fatigue,cognitive fatigue,and behavior fatigue of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with mindfulness decompression therapy can effectively improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and cancer-related fatigue in patients with advanced lung cancer,and improve the efficacy.Therefore,it has clinical application value.
