Study on Anti-epidemic Function of Residence——Taking Apartment as Example

2020年初的新冠疫情防控,引发世人疫后对住宅的反思,倒逼着设计师们对户型抗疫功能的再度审视。基此,以某住宅户型为例,探析户型抗疫功能的提升策略,即:将户型需求归纳为常规、抗疫、扩展功能。利用不同的功能侧重点,设计出两种使用模式,与时按需相互切换。具化为物质层面,可以采用入户洗消、双钥匙、双卫生间等提升策略,提升住宅的抗疫功能。

In 2020,The prevention and control of the COVID-19 has triggered reflections on housing after the epidemic,and forced designers to rethink the anti-epidemic function of the house type.Take a house type as an example to analyze the strategy of upgrading the anti-epidemic function of the house type.Summarize the house type requirements into conventional,anti-epidemic,and extended functions.Using different functions,two use modes are designed,and the two modes can be switched to each other.In terms of methods,specific promotion strategies such as household decontamination,double keys,and double toilets can be used to enhance the anti-epidemic function of the residence.
