污水池壁裂缝成因及修复方法研究

Study on the causes and repair methods of cracks in sewage tank wall

水池作为城市污水处理设施建设的重要组成部分,水池裂缝的出现,会降低水池混凝土的耐久性,削弱结构的承载力,导致工程质量问题,影响水池安全及使用,造成建设方经济损失。以福建某县第三方废水治理工程为例,探讨污水池壁裂缝种类、成因及其修复方法。通过分析产生裂缝原因,针对不同的裂缝,采用三种不同的方法进行相应修复,使池壁工程质量符合原设计及规范要求,保证了水池的使用和安全性。

As an important part of the construction of urban sewage treatment facilities,the emergence of cracks in the pool will reduce the durability of concrete in the pool,weaken the bearing capacity of the structure,form engineering quality problems,affect the safety and use of the pool,and cause economic losses to the construction party.Taking the third-party wastewater treatment project of a county in Fujian Province as an example,this paper discusses the types,causes and repair methods of the cracks in the sewage pool wall.Based on the analysis of the causes of the cracks,three different methods are used to repair the cracks,so that the quality of the pool wall works can meet the requirements of the original design and specifications,ensuring the use and safety of the pool.
