PD-1在非小细胞肺癌CD3+T细胞上的表达及其与病理特征的相关性 被引量:2

Expression of PD-1 on CD3+T cells of non-small cell lung cancer and its correlation with pathological features

摘要 目的:探讨程序性死亡因子-1(PD-1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)CD3+T细胞上的表达及其与病理特征的相关性。方法:抽取2016年6月至2019年6月于郑州大学第一附属医院行肺癌根治术的NSCLC患者53例和行肺纤维支气管镜检查的非恶性肺部疾病患者28例。描述性分析NSCLC患者一般特征,通过流式细胞术观察淋巴结组织CD3+T细胞中PD-1表达情况,分析其与癌灶病理特征的相关性。结果:鳞癌和腺癌患者CD3+T细胞表面PD-1表达率分别为19.23%±5.12%、19.58%±5.24%,高于非恶性肺部疾病患者的7.53%±3.42%,P<0.05。53例NSCLC患者中不同TNM分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度者CD3+T细胞中PD-1表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且CD3+T细胞中PD-1表达率与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度呈正相关(r=0.947、1.025、1.214,P<0.05)。结论:NSCLC患者肿瘤组织CD3+T细胞表面PD-1呈高表达并与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度密切相关,其可能参与了疾病发生发展,PD-1可作为NSCLC患者免疫功能状态的检测指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of programmed death-1(PD-1)on CD3+T cells of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its correlation with pathological features.Methods Fifty-three NSCLC patients who underwent radical resection and 28 patients with non-malignant lung diseases who underwent pulmonary fibrobronchoscopy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2016 to June 2019 were enrolled.The general characteristics of patients were analyzed descriptively.The expression of PD-1 on CD3+T cells in lymph node tissues was observed by flow cytometry,and the correlation between the expression of PD-1 in CD3+T cells and pathological features was analyzed.Results The expression rates of PD-1 in CD3+T cells of patients with squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma were 19.23%±5.12%,19.58%±5.24%,which were higher than 7.53%±3.42%of patients with non-malignant lung disease,P<0.05.The expression rate of PD-1 in CD3+T cells of 53 NSCLC patients with different TNM stages,lymph node metastasis,and differentiation degree was significant(P<0.05);and the expression rate of PD-1 in CD3+T cells was positively correlated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,and differentiation degree(r=0.947,1.025,1.214,P<0.05).Conclusions PD-1 is highly expressed in T cells in NSCLC patients,and is closely related to the TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and differentiation,indicating that PD-1 may be involved in the occurrence and development of disease,so PD-1 can be used as an indicator of immune function in NSCLC patients.
