Guillain-Barrésyndrome after mild traumatic brain injury:a case report and review of literature

格林-巴利综合征(GBS)是一类免疫介导的急性炎性周围神经疾病,主要表现为多发脊神经根和周围神经损害,可由多种因素诱导发病,中枢神经系统受损后GBS患者因原发损伤的存在而病情较重。本例为创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血合并GBS患者,入院后以"创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血"为主诊断予以对症治疗,入院第28天确诊为创伤所诱发的GBS,给予相应治疗后病情好转,于入院第55天出院。

Guillain-Barrésyndrome(GBS)is a type of immune-mediated acute inflammatory peripheral nerve disease,which is mainly manifested as multiple spinal nerve root and peripheral nerve damage,which can be induced by various factors.After the central nervous system is damaged,GBS patients are seriously ill due to the presence of primary injury.This case is a patient with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage combined with GBS.After admission,he was treated with symptomatic treatment based on the diagnosis of"traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage".On the 28th day of admission,he was diagnosed with trauma-induced GBS.After receiving corresponding treatment,his condition improved and he was discharged on the 55th day of admission.
