摘要
在“中国制造2025”和德国“工业4.0”合作对接的背景下,对企业在设计、制造、销售、运维、管理等流程产生的工业大数据的分析与应用,驱动着传统企业迈向智能制造的转型与升级。设计并实现基于时序数据库的工业大数据存储管理系统,完成对工业时序数据的可视化展示和处理,能够弥补传统数据库在时序数据存储和分析上的不足,实现数据的高效存储与分析,通过挖掘时序数据与运作管理、制造过程、产品质量、营销等数据之间的关系,从而提高设备利用率。
In the context of the cooperation between the“Made in China 2025”and the German“Industry 4.0”,the analysis and application of industrial big data generated by companies in the design,manufacturing,sales,operation and maintenance,management and other processes drive traditional enterprises to move towards the transformation and upgrade of intelligent manufacturing.Designing and implementing industrial big data storage management system based on time series database to complete the visual display and processing of industrial time series data,which can achieve efficient data storage and analysis and make up for the shortcomings of traditional database in time series data.It could improve equipment utilization through mine the relationship between time series data and the data of operation management,manufacturing process,product quality,marketing and so on.
