思维五步法在自动化生产线调试中的应用

摘要 自动化生产线调试过程中经常发生各种各样的设备故障和产品质量问题,正确的故障诊断和质量分析是调试工程师面临的严峻挑战。思维五步法是美国教育革新家杜威提出的缜密而透彻的思维方法,本文旨在证明思维五步法可帮助调试工程师建立完善的思维流程来指导其对自动化生产线进行故障诊断和质量分析,采用举例论证法详细说明思维五步法在包钢重卷检查机组调试过程中对故障诊断的指导。思维五步法成功帮助调试工程师理清思路,并最终诊断出故障的根本原因。通过本文论述,说明思维五步法对自动化生产线调试过程中的故障诊断和质量分析是有帮助的,值得推广。 In the process of automatic production line debugging,a variety of equipment failures and product quality problems often occur,and correct equipment failures and product quality have been challenge to debugging engineers.Dewey,a educational innovator from USA,proposed a careful and thorough thinking method,which named thinking five step.This paper aims to prove it could help debugging engineers to establish a perfect thinking process to carry out fault diagnosis and quality analysis on automatic production line,the method of example demonstration is applied to explain the guidance of the five step thinking method to fault diagnosis in the debugging process of the recoil inspection unit of Baotou Steel in detail.Five step thinking method helps debugging engineers to clarify their thinking and finally diagnose the root cause of the fault.This shows that the thinking five step method is helpful to the fault diagnosis and quality analysis in the process of debugging automatic production line,and it is worth popularizing.
