摘要
针对机械设备监理人员在监理工作实施中存在现场设备监理质量低、监理人员协同工作效率低的现状,构建了基于云服务的设备监理信息化管理系统。通过面向对象程序设计OOP(Object Oriented Programming)进行系统架构设计,将设备监理合同、进度、质量等各环节中的要素抽象为对象,构建系统数据模型。系统模型中,为保证数据安全性采用SSL(Secure Socket Layer),DES(Data Encryption Standard)对称与RSA非对称混合加密算法,以及SHA1(secure hash algorithm)等方法对数据进行加密;并采用进度预警机制、超期报警机制、质量数据库,确保项目准时、高质量交付。实践证明该系统能有效提升人员协作效率和项目监理工程质量。
This paper builds a information management system for equipment supervision based on cloud services, to solve low equipment supervision quality and low work efficiency of supervisors in supervision work. The system architecture was designed by object-oriented programming. Contract, progress, quality and other important elements in equipment supervision work were abstracted as objects to build system data model. In system data model, In order to ensure the data security, SSL(Secure Socket Layer),hybrid encryption algorithm based on DES and RSA, and SHA1(secure hash algorithm) were used to encrypt the data. At the same time, the system adopts progress warning mechanism, overdue warning mechanism and quality database to ensure the project is delivered on time and high quality. Practice proved that the system can effectively improve the efficiency of personnel cooperation and the quality of project supervision.
