刀盘结构设计是影响其掘进性能的决定性因素。文章综述了刀盘结构设计的步骤,对包括刀盘外形选择、刀盘面板制造、刀具选择、刀间距设计、滚刀布置以及滚刀座、溜碴板结构设计等方面进行了较系统的分析和总结,指出了刀盘关键结构部件在进行设计时应遵循的一般原则以及未来发展方向。为刀盘的关键点设计和理论研究提供参考。

The cutterhead design is the decisive factor affecting driving performance of tunnel boring machine. This paper summarizes the design steps of the cutterhead structure, including cutterhead shape selection, cutterhead panel manufacturing, cutters selection, cutters-spacing design, cutter layout, structure design of the cutter block and mucking plate.The general principles that should be followed when designing cutterhead and the direction of future development are pointed out.The proposal of such a design provides referance for the key points of cutterhead design and its theory research.
