摘要
将废旧XT260卧式冷室压铸机大杠作为研究对象,将其再制造工艺路线优化分为三部分进行。首先分析其失效特征,主要研究了失效特征的提取及损伤量模型的获取等内容。然后基于规则推理的方式生成再制造初始方案。最后建立了以再制造时间和成本为优化目标的数学模型并通过遗传算法进行求解,进而完成整个优化过程。优化后的再制造工艺能有效提高生产效率和降低成本。
Taking large bar of an old XT260 horizontal cold chamber die casting machine as research object,the remanufacturing process optimization is divided into three parts.Firstly,the failure characteristics are analyzed to extract failure characteristics and obtain damage model.Then,the initial remanufacturing scheme is generated by rule-based reasoning.Finally,a mathematical model is established to optimize the remanufacturing time and cost,which is solved by genetic algorithm,and then the whole optimization process is completed.The remanufacturing process optimize deffectively improves production efficiency and reduces cost.
