Discussion on the Construction of the Whole Process Engineering Consulting Management Team of the Project under the Architect Responsibility System

随着政府陆续地发布有关全过程工程咨询政策文件,建筑师负责制进入视野。本文通过研究分析建筑师负责制国内外的研究现状,发现我国目前对咨询管理团队建设方面的研究不足,因而对于管理团队建设的讨论分析是必要的。作者通过剖析全过程工程咨询的涵义,结合目前工程项目管理的职能,基于现有工程项目建设的人员配置,探讨分析建筑师负责制下的项目全过程工程咨询管理团队的建设,最终得到能够满足多数条件下工程项目建设需求的人员配置。

As the government successively releases policy documents related to the whole process of engineering consulting,the architect responsibility system has come into view.Through the research and analysis of the current research status of the architect responsibility system at home and abroad,this paper finds out the insufficient research of China's construction of consulting management team,so it is necessary to discuss and analyze the construction of management team.The author analyzes the meaning of the whole process of engineering consulting,combined with the current engineering project management functions,based on the current engineering project construction staffing,discusses and analyzes the construction of the whole process engineering consulting management team under the architect responsibility system,and finally gets staffing that can meet the construction needs of engineering projects under most conditions.
