摘要
本文介绍了镍铬合金的历史、成分、显微结构、性能、应用及制备方法。总体而言,镍铬合金有两类,一类是不锈钢,另一类是镍基电热合金。不锈钢具有良好的耐腐蚀性,镍基电热合金则是一种耐热腐蚀的材料。两种材料具有不同的成分配比、结构、制造方法,使其具有不同的性质与用途。不锈钢的抗氧化性与耐酸碱腐蚀性使其可以在潮湿、酸性或碱性的环境中具有更长的使用寿命。镍基电热合金的耐热腐蚀性使其广泛用于制造实验室电阻。本文也对镍铬合金对环境的影响进行了简略分析,并给出了提高降解重金属技术的建议。
This article introduces the history,composition,microstructure,properties,applications and preparation methods of nickel-chromium alloys.In general,there are two types of nickel-chromium alloys,one is stainless steel,and the other is nickel-based electric heating alloy.Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance,and nickel-based electric heating alloy is a heat-resistant corrosion-resistant material.The two materials have different composition ratios,structures,and manufacturing methods,which make them have different properties and uses.The oxidation resistance and acid and alkali resistance of stainless steel make it have a longer service life in humid,acidic or alkaline environments.The heat and corrosion resistance of nickel-based electric heating alloys makes it widely used in the manufacture of laboratory resistors.This article also briefly analyzes the impact of nickel-chromium alloys on the environment,and gives suggestions for improving the degradation of heavy metals.
