伴随着建筑越来越往着产业化的方向发展,装配式建筑所占的比例在建筑市场中也变得越来越高。装配式建筑工程施工的整体水平和质量也越发引起关注。文章主要介绍了BIM技术所拥有的特点,并且分析了在装配式建筑中运用BIM技术的必要性,探讨了BIM技术在装配式混凝土结构工程施工中的具体应用,即装配式建筑与BIM技术的协调发展并提供了想法。

With the development of architecture towards industrialization,the proportion of prefabricated buildings in the construction market is becoming higher and higher.The overall level and quality of prefabricated building engineering construction has attracted more and more attention.This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of BIM technology,analyzes the necessity of using BIM technology in prefabricated buildings,discusses the specific application of BIM technology in prefabricated concrete structure engineering construction,that is,the coordinated development of prefabricated building and BIM technology,and provides ideas.
