摘要
据国家统计局公布的数据显示,2019年全国餐饮收入为46721亿元,同比增长9.4%,成为国内消费市场的贡献重要力量。随着互联网的迅速发展,各种各样的网红餐饮店也开始出现在大众的视野,2019年网红餐饮店大火。大量数据资料表明,网红餐饮店的消费者越来越年轻化,当代大学生所占的比例较高。本次调研从大学生(主要消费群体)的角度出发研究网红餐饮店昙花一现的原因,运用SPSS软件、EXCEL等工具与使用单变量描述分析法、样本交叉分析、卡方检验、二项分类logistic回归的数据分析方法研究。
According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics,the national catering revenue in 2019 was 4672.1 billion yuan,a year-on-year increase of 9.4%,becoming an important contributor to the domestic consumer market.With the rapid development of the Internet,a variety of Internet celebrity restaurants have begun to appear in the public's field of vision.In 2019,Internet celebrity restaurants were on fire.A large amount of data indicates that the consumers of Internet celebrity restaurants are getting younger and younger,and the proportion of contemporary college students is higher.This survey researched the short-lived causes of Internet celebrity restaurants from the perspective of college students(major consumer groups),using SPSS software,EXCEL and other tools and data analysis method including sunivariate descriptive analysis,sample cross-analysis,chi-square test,and binomial logistic regression.
