摘要
本研究基于生态环境部发布的《规划环境影响跟踪评价技术指南(试行)》有关要求,同时根据国家相关法律法规和实际工作经验,对区域开发规划环境影响跟踪评价进行分析研究,从而优化和引导区域开发规划环境影响跟踪评价工作的开展,实现区域开发建设与生态环境保护的可持续发展。
This study is based on the relevant requirements of the Technical Guidelines for Planning Environmental Impact Tracking Assessment(Trial)issued by the Ministry of Ecological Environment,and combined with practical work experience.To analyze and study the planning environmental impact tracking evaluation of development areas,so as to optimize and guide the development of the planning environmental impact tracking evaluation of regional development and realize the sustainable development of regional development and construction and ecological environment protection.
