本文通过将乐县实例分析,研究了现阶段农村生活污水治理专项规划工作思路及重点。结果表明农村污水治理专项规划需要因地制宜、点面结合和统筹推进,结合治理现状展开规划工作。为其他县域专项规划编制的科学性、合理性和可操作性提供相应支撑。

This article studies the ideas and key points of rural sewage treatment planning at present stage by analyzing the example of Le County.The results show that the rural sewage treatment planning needs to be adapted to local conditions,integrated with points and areas,and coordinated advancement.Provide corresponding support for the scientificity,rationality and operability of other county planning.
