摘要
第二次污染源普查获取大量环境基础性数据,摸清了各类污染源数量、分布、结构,掌握各地区污染物产生、排放数据,建立了各类污染源名录数据库和重点污染源档案,充分利用污染源数据成果,有助于提高生态环境管理能力。
The second general survey of pollution sources obtained a large number of basic environmental data,found out the number,distribution and structure of various pollution sources,grasped the data of pollutant production and emission in various regions,established various pollution source directory databases and key pollution source files,made full use of the data of pollution sources to achieve results,which was helpful to improve the ability of ecological environment management.
