排污许可证填报方法及注意事项的探讨

Discussion on filling-in methods and precautions of sewage permit

现阶段,大多数中小排污单位由于对排污许可证相关的法律法规、技术标准、管理名录、技术规范以及网上填报系统等的不熟悉、不了解,导致在申领排污许可证时,走了不少的弯路,浪费了宝贵的时间,严重影响了排污许可证发放的进度。本文结合笔者日常审查排污许可证的经验,给出了几点方法和注意事项。

At the current stage,most of the small and medium-sized pollutant discharge units are unfamiliar with the laws,regulations,technical standards,management directories,technical specifications,and online filing system related to pollution permits.It took a lot of detours,wasted precious time,and seriously affected the progress of the discharge permits.Based on the author’s experience in daily review of sewage permits,this article gives several methods and precautions.
