摘要
[目的]探讨重庆市抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎临床一线护士组织支持感、心理资本对其工作投入的影响,并分析其路径。[方法]运用组织支持感量表、心理资本量表和中文版工作投入量表对重庆市抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的619名临床一线护士进行调查。[结果]临床一线护士工作投入得分为(3.82±0.93)分,心理资本得分为(4.76±0.60)分,组织支持感得分为(3.81±0.66)分;组织支持感对工作投入有直接和间接作用,总效应为0.564;心理资本直接作用于工作投入,效应为0.518。[结论]重庆市抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎一线护士工作投入处于中等水平,组织支持感和心理资本是影响其工作投入的关键因素。
Objective:To explore the impact of perceived organizational support,psychological capital on work engagement of frontline nurses in fighting against novel coronavirus pneumonia,and to analyze the influence path.Methods:A total of 619 nurses on the frontline of fighting against novel coronavirus pneumonia in Chongqing were investigated using the Perceived Organizational Support Scale,the Psychological Capital Scale and the Chinese version Utrecht Work Engagement Scale.Results:The scores of work engagement of fronline nurses was 3.82±0.93,the scores of psychological capital was 4.76±0.60,and perceived organizational support was 3.81±0.66.Perceived organizational support had both direct and indirect effects on work engagement.And total effect was 0.564.Psychological capital had direct effect on work engagement.And the direct effect was 0.518.Conclusion:The overall level of work engagement of nurses on fronline of fighting against novel coronavirus pneumonia was at the middle level.Perceived organizational support,psychological capital were the key factors affecting work engagement of nurses.
