The article introduces the properties of hot melt adhesive interlining and its application in clothing,points out the main problems of latex adhesive when weaving tufted carpets,and selects polyamide(PA)hot melt adhesive interlining for adhesion in the carpet test.The experimental data shows that at a hot pressing temperature of 150°C,the weight of PA hot-melt adhesive liner is 150g/m^2,the pile pull-out force is 12.86N,and the backing peel strength is 123.1N.It conforms to national standards and can provide a reference for relevant production enterprises and research work.
