摘要
随着医疗服务模式的转变,临终患者的生活质量逐渐受到重视。本文对医护人员实施预立照护计划(advance care planning,ACP)的影响因素进行综述,为国内开展ACP研究与实践提供参考。
With the change of medical service model,the quality of life of dying patients has gradually received attention.This article reviews the influencing factors for medical staff to implement advance care planning(ACP),and provides a reference for ACP research and practice in China.
