小剂量氯氮平治疗帕金森病合并睡眠障碍的疗效观察

Efficacy of Low Dose Clozapine in the Treatment of Parkinson′s Disease with Sleep Disorder

目的:探究观察小剂量氯氮平治疗帕金森病合并睡眠障碍的疗效。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月谷城县人民医院收治的帕金森病合并睡眠障碍患者72例作为研究对象,按照双色球分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。观察组应用小剂量氯氮平治疗,对照组给予艾司唑仑治疗,比较2组疗效。结果:2组治疗前的帕金森病情评分、爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后的帕金森病情评分、爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠指数评分均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的帕金森病情评分、爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠指数评分均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗早期的不良反应率小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量氯氮平治疗帕金森病合并睡眠障碍,效果显著,安全性高,值得在临床进一步推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of low dose clozapine in the treatment of Parkinson′s disease with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 72 patients with Parkinson′s disease complicated with sleep disorder admitted to Gucheng County People′s Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the dichroism grouping method,36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with low-dose clozapine,and the control group was given estazolam.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no difference in the scores of Parkinson′s disease,Epworth Sleepiness Scale and Pittsburgh sleep index between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);the scores of Parkinson′s disease,Epworth Sleepiness Scale and Pittsburgh sleep index decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);the scores of Parkinson′s disease,Epworth Sleepiness Scale and Pittsburgh sleep index in the study group The score of sleep index was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reaction rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low dose clozapine is effective and safe in the treatment of Parkinson′s disease with sleep disorder,which is worth further clinical application.
