健康教育对2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平及睡眠质量的影响评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Health Education on Blood Glucose Level and Sleep Quality in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探析健康教育对2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年5月聊城市茌平区胡屯镇卫生院收治的2型糖尿病患者40例作为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对比患者护理前后的血糖水平和睡眠质量。结果:护理前,2组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,2组患者睡眠质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者睡眠质量明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在2型糖尿病患者中应用健康教育进行干预,不仅能够改善患者血糖水平,同时还能够提高患者睡眠质量,其效果显著,可以考虑积极推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of health education on blood glucose level and sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:A total of 40 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Hutun town health center of Chiping District of Liaocheng City from May 2018 to may 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The blood glucose level and sleep quality were compared before and after nursing.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose were significantly lower in the observation group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sleep quality between the two groups(P>0.05),and after nursing,the sleep quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education in patients with type 2 diabetes can not only improve the blood sugar level of patients,but also improve the quality of sleep.The effect is significant and can be considered for active promotion.
