耳穴压豆结合护理干预对于外科患者术前睡眠质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Auricular Acupoint Combined with Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Preoperative Sleep in Surgical Patients

目的:研究对外科手术患者实施护理干预与耳穴压豆干预的临床效果和对睡眠的影响。方法:选取2018年8月至2019年8月山东省滨州市沾化区中医院收治的外科手术患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组术前行基础护理干预,观察组在对照组护理的基础上行耳穴压豆服务,比较其护理效果。结果:观察组患者的PSQI总分与满意程度评分较对照组高,SAS评分与SDS评分较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对外科手术患者施予基础护理干预服务的同时积极应用耳穴压豆干预,可以显著提高睡眠质量,降低消极情绪,提高患者对护理服务的满意程度。

Objective:To study the effects of nursing intervention and auricular acupoint intervention on surgical preoperative sleep quality,negative emotion and satisfaction.Methods:A total of 96 surgical patients were divided into two groups,control group and observation group,and were included in the period from August 20 to August 2019.Control group was given basic nursing intervention before operation.Observation group was given a group of acupuncture points on the basis of acupuncture,and the nursing was compared effect.Results:The total scores of PSQI and satisfaction of 45 patients in observation group were higher than those in control group.The scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in control group,and the difference was quite significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of basic nursing intervention services to surgical patients while actively applying auricular acupoints can significantly improve sleep quality,reduce negative emotions,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing services.
