老年髋部骨折患者术后睡眠障碍的影响因素及诊疗方案研究

Study on Influencing Factors and Diagnosis and Treatment of Postoperative Sleep Disorders in Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture

目的:分析老年髋部骨折患者术后睡眠障碍的影响因素及诊疗方案。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年12月湖北省谷城县人民医院收治的老年髋部骨折患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对其睡眠障碍影响因素进行分析,观察组施以针对性诊疗护理,对照组施以常规护理,比较2组的最终护理效果。结果:观察2组患者的睡眠节律评分、VAS疼痛评分以及睡眠障碍发生总概率,观察组均体现出更优的护理效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年髋部骨折患者术后睡眠障碍的影响因素较为复杂,对患者予以针对性诊疗护理有效改善患者术后的睡眠节律,减轻患者出现睡眠障碍的情况,提高患者的睡眠质量,降低患者的术后痛感,具备较高的临床使用价值,值得广泛的应用与推广。

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of postoperative sleep disorders and diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with hip fractures.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to Gucheng people′s Hospital of Hubei Province from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The influencing factors of sleep disorders were analyzed.The observation group was given targeted diagnosis and treatment nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.The final nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Observed the sleep rhythm score,VAS pain score and the total probability of sleep disturbance in the two groups of patients,the observation group showed better nursing effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influencing factors of sleep disorders in elderly patients with hip fractures are more complicated.Targeted diagnosis and treatment of patients can effectively improve the sleep rhythm of patients after surgery and reduce the occurrence of sleep disorders It can improve the sleep quality of patients and reduce the postoperative pain of patients.It has high clinical value and is worthy of wide application and promotion.
