导诊护士的睡眠质量研究与影响因素

Study on Sleep Quality and Influencing Factors of Guiding Nurses

目的:研究导诊护士群体的睡眠质量与相关影响因素。方法:;按照简单随机抽样方法抽取福建省漳州市三家医院(福建省漳州市中医院,福建省漳州市医院,福建省漳州市第三医院)的导诊护士113名,应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)与自行编制的导诊护士睡眠质量影响因素问卷对113名导诊护士进行调查研究,综合评价其睡眠质量(PSQI)及影响睡眠质量相关因素。结果:导诊护士睡眠质量各维度得分情况根据数据整体来看睡眠得分相对平均,在入睡时间及睡眠时间评分较差;影响导诊护士睡眠各因素中,除工作强度及经常加班影响呈现严重两极分化外,其余因素影响相对平均,说明经常加班及工作压力会影响导诊护士睡眠质量。结论:本研究经调查发现大部分导诊护士睡眠质量存在问题,其影响因素差异较大,应采取有效手段改善导诊护士的睡眠质量,维持其身心健康发展。

Objective:To study the sleep quality and related influencing factors of guiding nurses.Methods:According to the random sampling method,113 guiding nurses from three hospitals in zhangzhou city,fujian province were selected as the objects of the study.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and the self-designed questionnaire were used to investigate the sleep quality of 113 guiding nurses.The PSQI and related factors affecting sleep quality were comprehensively evaluated.Results:According to the overall data,the scores of sleep quality of guide nurses were relatively average,while the scores of sleep latency and sleeping time were poor.Among the factors influencing the sleep quality of guide nurses,except for the serious polarization of work intensity and frequent overtime,the other factors had relatively average effects,which indicated that frequent overtime and work pressure would seriously affect the sleep quality of guide nurses.Conclusion:In this study,we found that most of the guiding nurses had sleep quality problems,and the influencing factors were quite different.Effective measures should be taken to improve the sleep quality of the guide nurses and maintain their physical and mental health development.
