护理干预对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality in Patients with Lung Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨护理干预对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年5月蚌埠市第三人民医院住院部十楼肿瘤内科收治的进行化疗的肺癌患者60例作为研究对象,进行护理干预。护理后对患者效果进行评估,比较护理前后睡眠质量、生命质量变化。结果:护理干预后患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总体得分低于护理干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后患者情感功能、社会功能、精神健康、一般情况、精力、生理职能、躯体疾病、生理功能各维度评分均高于护理干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肺癌化疗患者中应用护理干预效果显著,能够明显改善患者的睡眠状况,提高患者的生命质量,有利于患者的生体健康,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on sleep quality in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy in Bengbu Third People′s Hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected for nursing intervention.After nursing,the effect of patients was evaluated,and the sleep quality and life quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The overall score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index after nursing intervention was lower than that before nursing intervention(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,scores of emotional function,social function,mental health,general condition,energy,physiological function,physical disease and physiological function were all higher than before nursing intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing intervention in lung cancer patients with chemotherapy has a significant effect,can significantly improve the sleep of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,conducive to the health of patients,it is worth promoting the application.
