颈椎骨折患者睡眠质量调查及护理干预研究

Investigation on Sleep Quality of Patients with Cervical Fracture and Nursing Intervention

目的:调查颈椎骨折患者的睡眠质量情况,并提出具体的护理措施以改善患者的睡眠质量。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年12月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇九医院收治的颈椎骨折患者200例作为研究对象。采用问卷调查患者的骨折前后的睡眠质量和骨折后影响其睡眠质量的原因。根据具体原因实施护理,再次评估患者的睡眠质量。结果:患者骨折后睡眠质量较骨折前明显下降(P<0.05),患者骨折后睡眠质量情况不理想。疼痛是导致患者睡眠质量下降的首位原因,占51.5%(103/200),其次为睡眠及生活习惯改变,占29%(58/200),再次为负性情绪,占19.5%(39/200)。患者接受护理后的睡眠质量较护理前提高(P<0.05),但仍低于患病前(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎骨折患者睡眠质量较差,受多种因素影响,实施相应的护理后可有效提高患者睡眠质量。

Objective:To investigate the sleep quality of patients with cervical fracture,and to propose specific nursing measures to improve the sleep quality of patients.Methods:A total of 200 cases of cervical vertebra fracture from January 2018 to December 2019 in orthopedics department of our hospital were collected as the research object.The sleep quality of patients before and after fracture was investigated by questionnaire,and the reasons of influencing sleep quality after fracture were analyzed.According to the specific reasons for the implementation,nursing were performed and patients′sleep quality were re-evaluated.Results:The sleep quality of patients after fracture was significantly lower than that before fracture(P<0.05).Pain was the first cause of sleep quality decline,accounting for 51.5%(103/200),followed by sleep and lifestyle changes,accounting for 29%(58/200),and negative emotions,accounting for 19.5%(39/200).The sleep quality of patients after receiving nursing was higher than before(P<0.05),but still lower than before fracture(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sleep quality of patients with cervical fracture is poor,which is affected by many factors.The corresponding nursing can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients.
