400例健康体检人群骨密度情况与睡眠质量调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的:调查健康体检人群的骨密度和睡眠质量,为骨质疏松的防治提供依据。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月联勤保障部队第九O九医院厦门大学附属东南医院健康管理科体检中心体检的健康人群400例作为研究对象。检测研究对象的骨密度和睡眠质量。结果:按照年龄将患者分为20~40岁组、40~60岁组以及大于60岁组,20~40岁患者低骨密度发生率和睡眠障碍发生率显著低于40岁以上人群(P<0.05),40~60岁人群与60岁以上人群比较,低骨密度发生率和睡眠障碍发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。按照性别将患者分为男性组和女性组,男性人群低骨密度发生率和睡眠障碍发生率显著低于女性人群(P<0.05)。结论:健康体检人群中有较高的低骨密度和睡眠障碍发生率,在中老年以及女性健康人群中较多见,对中老年女性应加强防治。 Objective:To investigate the bone mineral density and sleep quality of healthy people,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 400 healthy people from January 2019 to December 2019 who had physical examination in the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as the research objects.Bone mineral density and sleep quality were measured.Results:According to the age,the patients were divided into 20~40 years old group,40~60 years old group and over 60 years old group.The incidence of low bone mineral density and sleep disorder in 20~40 years old group was significantly lower than that in over 40 years old group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of low bone mineral density and sleep disorder between 40~60 years old group and over 60 years old group(P>0.05).According to gender,the patients were divided into male group and female group.The incidence of low bone mineral density and sleep disorder in male group was significantly lower than that in female group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are high incidence of low bone density and sleep disorders in the healthy people,and they are more common in the middle-aged and old people and the female healthy people,so we should strengthen the prevention and treatment of the middle-aged and old women.
