Effects of Mental Health on Sleep and Job Achievement

目的:以消毒供应中心工作人员心理健康状态为例观察其对睡眠状态、工作成就感的作用展开全面分析。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的消毒供应中心工作人员100名作为此次调查对象,Zung焦虑抑郁量表、阿森斯失眠量表、工作成就感量表是评估期间最常用的3类量表,针对不同心理状态下的员工比较其阿森斯失眠量表、工作成就感量表显示结果。结果:以消毒供应中心100名工作人员为例,所显示的阿森斯失眠量表、工作成就感量表结果普通,针对阿森斯失眠量表与工作成就感量表评估结果而言,Zung焦虑抑郁量表阴性者要比阳性者好,2组比较差异存在一定的统计意义。结论:影响睡眠状态、工作成就感的核心因素是良好的心理健康状态,对此消毒供应中心工作人员应加大干预协调力度,使其心理健康状态维持在最佳水平。

Objective:To observe the mental health status of the staff in disinfection and supply center as an example to analyze its effect on sleep status and work achievement.Methods:A total of 100 staff of disinfection and supply center from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the objects of this survey.Zung anxiety and depression scale,Arsene Insomnia Scale and work achievement scale were the three most commonly used scales during the evaluation period.The results of Arsene Insomnia Scale and work achievement scale were compared with those of staff in different psychological states.Results:Taking 100 staff of disinfection and supply center as an example,the results of the arsens Insomnia Scale and work achievement scale are common.For the evaluation results of the arsens Insomnia Scale and work achievement scale,the negative of Zung anxiety and depression scale is better than the positive.There is a certain statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion:The core factor of influencing sleep state and work achievement is good mental health,so the staff of disinfection and supply center should strengthen intervention and coordination to keep their mental health at the best level.
