PDCA循环在检验科不合格样本管理中的应用

The Application of PDCA Cycle in the Management of Unqualified Specimens in the Clinical Laboratory

目的探讨Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDCA)循环管理法在降低我院住院患者检验样本不合格率的应用效果。方法调查我院2019年1月至6月的住院患者检验样本213873例,其中不合格样本941例,不合格率为44/万,分析原因并引进PDCA循环管理法进行持续性质量改进;整改后,2019年7月至12月的住院患者检验样本220245例,其中不合格样本767例,不合格率为35/万。结果通过PDCA循环管理法,我院住院检验样本不合格率由原来的44/万下降至35/万,下降了9/万,且整改后重症监护室(ICU)、呼吸科、普外科三个不合格率较高的科室的不合格率呈逐步下降趋势。结论应用PDCA循环管理有效降低了我院住院患者检验样本的不合格率,有效保证了检验样本分析前的质量,提高了检验结果的准确性,大大减少了医疗浪费,提升了工作效率。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulatory method in reducing the unqualified rate of specimens of inpatients in our hospital.Methods A total of 213873 inpatient specimens were investigated from January to June in 2019,of which 941 specimens were unqualified with the unqualified rate of 44/10000.After the identification of potential causes,PDCA circulatory method was introduced to address the issues.220245 inpatient specimens were then studied from July to December in 2019,including 767 unqualified samples with the unqualified rate of 35/10000.Results The unqualified rate of inpatient specimens decreased from 44/10000 to 35/10000 in our hospital with the application of PDCA circulatory method.The three departments with higher unqualified rate declined gradually,including ICU,respiratory department and general surgery department.Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation management method can reduce the unqualified rate of specimens of inpatients and ensure the quality of specimens before the test analysis effectively,which can improve the accuracy of test results and work efficiency significantly and reduce medical waste in our hospital.
