Based on the definition of'archive',the article believes that real estate registration information belongs to the category of archives,and does not belong to the scope of active disclosure of government information.It should be searched according to law under the principle of limited disclosure.The original materials in the real estate registration archives involve personal privacy and business secrets,and the subject and scope of their inquiry should be limited and understood to ensure that personal privacy rights are not violated.However,the current query of the original materials of the real estate registration archives still has problems such as unclear query subject and uncertain query range.However,by improving the legal and regulatory system,strengthening the training of archives search personnel and improving the query method,the query of the original materials of the real estate registration archives can be standardized,so as to protect the personal privacy and business secrets.
