摘要
以2年生‘黄金蜜’油桃/山毛桃嫁接苗为试材、清水为对照(CK),研究4种不同浓度尿素T1(2g·L^-1)、T2(4g·L^-1)、T3(6g·L^-1)、T4(8g·L^-1)叶面肥喷施对桃幼树叶片生长、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、新梢生长量和植株各器官干物质量的影响。结果表明,适宜浓度的尿素叶面肥能显著促进叶片及新梢生长,提高叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率和可溶性糖、淀粉含量,其中T2处理对桃幼树生长及碳代谢的影响最显著,可作为桃幼树尿素叶面肥的适宜浓度。
The 2-year-old Golden Honey nectarine/Prunus davidiana(Carr)Franch grafted young trees were used as materials and four different concentrations of urea foliar fertilizer were set as T1(2 g·L^-1),T2(4 g·L^-1),T3(6 g·L^-1)and T4(8 g·L^-1)for the experienment with water as CK.The foliar application of foliar fertilizers had obvious effects on the leaf growth,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,soluble sugar content,starch content,new shoot growth and dry matter of each organ.The results showed that appropriate concentration of urea foliar fertilizer could significantly promote the growth of leaves and new shoots,increase the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and starch and photosynthetic rate in leaves.Among them,T2 treatment had the most significant effect on the growth and carbon metabolism of young peach trees,so it could be used as the appropriate concentration of urea foliar fertilizer.
