不同树种果园桔小实蝇种群动态及六种杀虫剂对其室内毒力测定 被引量:10

Population Dynamics in Different Fruit Orchards and Toxicity of Six Insecticides to Bactrocera dorsalis in Laboratory

摘要 采用药液定量滴加法、连续浸药法和药膜法测定6种杀虫剂对桔小实蝇卵、幼虫和成虫的室内毒力,并监测桔小实蝇在桃、梨、苹果园的种群动态。结果表明,6种杀虫剂对桔小实蝇卵的毒力大小顺序为甲维盐、毒死蜱、噻虫嗪、高效氯氰菊酯、啶虫脒、氰虫酰胺;对幼虫的毒力大小顺序为甲维盐、毒死蜱、氰虫酰胺、高效氯氰菊酯、啶虫脒、噻虫嗪;对成虫的毒力大小顺序为甲维盐、毒死蜱、高效氯氰菊酯、噻虫嗪、氰虫酰胺、啶虫脒。曲阜地区桔小实蝇发生时期为8月上旬至11月下旬,桃园的桔小实蝇种群数量高于梨园和苹果园,10月12日达到最大发生量,为(61.0±9.5)头/诱捕器。甲维盐为控制桔小实蝇最好的杀虫剂,桃园受桔小实蝇的危害程度重,可于8月上旬喷施杀虫剂控制虫源基数。 The indoor toxicity of six insecticides to the eggs,larvae and adults of Bactrocera dorsalis was determined by quantitative drip method,continuous dipping method and film method,and the population dynamics in peach,pear and apple orchards were monitored.The results showed that the order of toxicity of the six insecticides to the eggs of B.dorsalis was emamectin benzoate>chlorpyrifos>thiamethoxam>beta cypermethrin>acetamiprid>cyantraniliprol,that to the larvae was emamectin benzoate>chlorpyrifos>cyantraniliprol>beta cypermethrin>acetamiprid>thiamethoxam,and that to the adults was emamectin benzoate>chlorpyrifos>beta cypermethrin>thiamethoxam>cyantraniliprol>acetamiprid.The occurrence period of B.dorsalis in Qufu area was from early August to late November.The population number of B.dorsalis in peach orchards were higher than that in pear orchards and apple orchards,and the maximum number of(61.0±9.5)heads per traps occurred on October 12 in peach orchards.The test results showed that emamectin benzoate was the best insecticide for controlling B.dorsalis,and peach orchard was severely harmed by B.dorsalis.It could effectively control the insect source base by spraying pesticides in early August.
