探论习仲勋对当代中国改革开放的重要贡献

Research on Xi Zhongxun's Contribution to China's Reform and Opening-up

习仲勋是杰出的无产阶级革命家,是改革开放的坚定拥护者和积极推动者。在拨乱反正、实行改革开放的伟大历史转折关头,他毅然肩负起“把守祖国南大门”的历史重任,先后担任中共广东省委第二书记、第一书记,广东省省长,广州军区第一政委、党委第一书记。在两年零八个月的时间里,习仲勋带领广东干部群众旗帜鲜明地贯彻执行党的各项政策方针,开展整风运动和真理标准问题大讨论,平反冤假错案,整治偷渡外逃,推进经济体制改革,创办经济特区,为当代中国改革开放的酝酿和起步做出了重要贡献。

Xi Zhongxun was an outstanding proletarian revolutionist and a staunch supporter and active promoter of reform and opening-up.In the great historical turning point of the reform and opening up,he took up the historical task of“safeguarding the South Gate of the motherland”.He served as the Second Secretary of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee,the first Secretary of the Communist Party of China,the governor of Guangdong Province,the first political committee of the Guangzhou military region and the first Secretary of the Party committee.In two years and eight months of his service in Guangdong,Xi Zhongxun,led the cadres and masses to take a clear-cut stand to carry out the policies of the Party,started a heated discussion on the rectification movement and on the standard of Truth.He made huge contributions as pioneering work in re-examining cases with false charges,in cracking down the extradition and smuggling,in promoting the reform of the economic system,and in establishing special economic zones for the reform and opening up of China.
